ex wife and her husband are abusing their children. It has been proven by cps, detectives, and medical examiner, and yet the state still returned the kids to her with a “safety protection plan”
We intend to hire a lawyer and take her to court for custody, but plan to set up a gofund me. My first question is, can we publicly discuss that they are abusing them since it is a fact that has been documented?
Second question, can i press charges against her husband as he physically abused our child? This incident specifically was documented and confirmed to be inflicted. If not charged for abuse, at least assault? The child is four.
