Last year my ex-husband bit and choked him in front of our 4 month old daughter

I live in Washington. Last year my ex-husband bit and choked him in front of our 4

month old daughter. He was charged with second-degree assault and strangulation. He was just sentenced last week. I have a final restraining order against him. It seems that he has not been let go of his work. He is a drug counselor. I want his workplace to know what he's capable of. He was also charged with two violations of the restraining order and continued to harass me a lot. We communicate through an app that goes through court because of our daughter. Until last week, he would taunt me that he was going to jail because that would be like one of his many vacations, he works with vulnerable people. The judge in sentencing expressed concern about his job and what he was doing after stating on the record that he was too mental to control himself from harassing me. (This was his answer to the judge) I have seen for myself that he is so inappropriate with female clients as to sleep with one of them in a hotel and then seek help from a detox.
