My husband and I bought a joint home for him, my husband, and me to live in. We have been here for 3 years. Things took a turn for the worse last week as I called the cops with false assurances about me. In the end, they saw through her and invited her as a master. This just made her angry. The woman is definitely crazy. I mean that seriously. I've taken multiple medications for years for anger and depression, among other things. After living in hotels for a week I decided to come back and move downstairs. I converted a room into an apartment/suite in law. It has caused me many problems since my return, coming to a head yesterday when I tried to collapse a door, damage and destroy my belongings, and throw a potted plant down a flight of stairs which hit me. She called the police, jumped on her car, and left; 17 hours later and still missing. For some reason, while the cops were here, one of them made a comment about evicting me. As a 50/50 co-owner of a GA home, is there a way to legally evict me from my home? This makes no sense to me.
