I'm in Florida and my dad recently passed away. Upon moving in I said something
about I need the receipts to get my deposit back and was told we don't usually give
deposits back. I cleaned the house and took pics to compare to the pics of moving out
initially so I could compare they tried to give me a bunch of fees and I said absolutely no
pics to match so now they come back and tell me that they need to clean the house that's
coming out of my dad's deposit they need to repaint The walls also that are going to
come out of my dad's deposit and they need to change the air conditioner filter that is
going to come out of my dad's deposit and none of these things were done before she
moved in and I have pictures of the walls and the carpeting I don't have one of the air
conditioner filter she's only lived there for two and a half years it's our responsibility Do
