I live in Florida, I recently went on a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas and had no reception on my phone until I got back. I pay my rent every two weeks through Cash App, as I have done on time for 5 years. Before I left for my cruise, I sent the rental payments as always. I did not receive notification that the payment had not been made until 4 days after my return. I came home to find my apartment completely empty. I need to know whether or not I have a legal case to compensate for my belongings
