Would anybody be able to help please? I paid for a course through a notable school in South Africa. VERY WELL KNOWN. Just to be given nothing. No material. No log ins. Nothing. I applied last year November. To not date anything has been given and I have evidence of consistent correspondence. Which portion of the Consumer act permits me to get a discount?
