We have been hitched for a considerable length of time and together for 18. He has been having an illicit relationship throughout the previous 2 years. He requested separation on Sunday. He is 47 and I'm 42. I've been homemaker since beginning of lockdown.
He procures R16000 fundamental and with extra time up to 22000 a few months. He will be moving in with her and paying a large portion of her lease. His portion there is R1500.
We lease a spot. Presently lease and power add up to with regards to R5600 per month.
He offered me R 8000 per month for a considerable length of time to give personal opportunity to find a new line of work. From that point R1500 per youngster. We have 2 children, matured 12 and 15.
After lease I will have 2400 remaining for school,busfare,groceries and pet food.
That works out to around 600 per week.
I'm now work hunting,but as is normal knowledge,that is extreme nowadays.
My inquiry is :
Are these sums sensible and lawful?
Could kids that are the ages mine are,decide where they need to reside?
What are sensible appearance plans and would he say he is compelled to see the youngsters or not?
