So my nephew lives in Texas, he drives 18 wheelers. He was in a mishap were he hit an emergency vehicle from the back on the parkway. Nobody toward the back. The emergency vehicle was in course to a call of somebody with a punctured tire on the highway..they unexpectedly seen the vehicle and stop. Well he couldnt stop in sufficient opportunity. The rescue vehicle driver and my nephew remained on side the roadway about an hour talking looking out for the police to wrap up with report and so on Emergency vehicle pulls up amd leaves with rescue vehicle driver. My nephew didnt get refered to by police and havent heard from DOT. Would it be a good idea for him to get a legal advisor? Is the organization at risk or my nephew. What occurs of he has no cash? Would it be a good idea for him he respind to letters and so forth Help please. How would it be a good idea for him to respond??
