Here is what is happening. My companion was leasing a space for over 30 days. The man never gave her any administrative work, however I really do realize that in NC it was as yet viewed as her lawful home since she resided and got mail there for over 30 days. Subsequent to paying her lease during the current month, she chose to leave the property and go to Ohio. Ohio didn't work out, and she's needing to get back to the property. It hasn't been fourteen days I don't think. Her landowner is attempting to say that she can't return. What would she be able to do lawfully?
