Obtained an attorney over two years ago to help my daughter with a vehicle claim she had just purchased a new car let me rephrase that she traded in her new vehicle because someone rear ended her and they never fix the car right so she tried it for another brand new vehicle and had it I believe just over 30 days but did indeed ask for her insurance to be switched over and she never received the cards however one morning on her way to bring her children to me , A deer jumped out of the brush around 530 or 6 AM in the morning just around a curve and it destroyed that little car now we’re still fighting the insurance company because they’re not wanting to pay because I had to call the insurance company to get them to fax proof of insurance to me so that I could take it to the sheriffs department for her while she went on to school for her final exams with permission from the sheriffs department of course and the insurance company is telling my attorney that they know that my daughter or myself falsified these documents making our own insurance papers which was absolutely not true and then hired a professor from Tennessee Tech University that deals with a lot of computer things and does a lot for the federal reserve as well to prove that this document came from their end and which I did so and we’re still fighting with these idiots it has caused my daughter so much misfortune being without a vehicle they blocked some kind of feature on her credit report where she couldn’t even buy another car. This is what we were told when she tried to get another vehicle at the Ford motor company and Cookeville know there was a block I’ve never heard of that. She also had been working very hard for a very long time saving money to purchase a home for her and her children and this has destroyed her credit her credit was above 700 or right at it when this occurred and now it’s reporting on all three bureaus over and over and over with this mess at the entrance company is required to pay even the attorneys on both sides said you know they’re gonna have to pay it eventually but they’re Dragging it out and by they I am wondering is that our attorney also or is it just the way insurance companies do because I have really had it and I think they owe her quite a bit and by golly they owe me for accusing me of being fraudulent
