Not certain assuming that a legal counselor is required yet this is what's going on.
niece is 15. She has gloom and tension. She is getting help one time per week and sees a clinician two times every month and is taking drugs and we're making every one of the important strides for her emotional wellness. She has been accomplishing something useful with that as of recently. This year she met her school advisor since she was having uneasiness changing back to face to face school. Well the guide needed to have a gathering with her mother about her tension her mother said she was unable to make that day would she be able to pick a day she has off work. The guide. ninth grave Vice head and school clinician said no. My sister said well you are NOT having a gathering about MY little girl without me there. They had the gathering without my sister and ,surprisingly, called my niece into the workplace without my sisters authorization. Then, my niece told the guide she physically mishandled by her sister and her sisters bf wheb she was 9 years of age. We had ZERO sign with regards to this. The school needed to have a gathering with my sister which would have been 4 days AFTER my niece let them know this. And on second thought of telling my sister IMMEDIATELY and having her come in immediately they thought it was alright to keep thay data for 4 days! My niece let me know the end of the week prior to the gathering and we IMMEDIATELY took my niece to the police headquarters to record a report since we had no clue about this happened to her. My sister was enraged at the school for keeping this data and they obviously concocted such countless motivations behind why they said nothing. Furthermore ultimately the school guide gave my niece a Google meets telephone number to call her whenever she felt like she wanted somebody to converse with. Presently fron my understanding they are not permitted to give out any number other than the school number or a hotline for self destruction. No private messages by the same token. My niece turned out to be very fixated on the instructor to the place where she was calling this lady her mom and was done conversing with her own mother or believed her own mom who has been there for her each and every day of her life. My pleasant is presently hospitalized for taking steps to off herself and is irate with my sister for removing the guide from her. Since the relationship passed limits and the case manager even said that was NOT an expert relationship. So my inquiry do we do about the school. Assuming she returns home soon we dontbwant her to have any contact with that individual and we need to record charges against them. Is there even a case here?
