My sibling was sentenced for a charge that was NOT on his arraignment. His arraignment states "count 1 - criminal endeavor to carry out a lawful offense" and presently his count 1 states "endeavored murder". He was not indicted for endeavored murder and that is what it says on his sentence calculation report and online too. How could be treated his incline toward with this blunder and could this be an excusal?
