my mother died January 7 of this current year. She didn't have a lot and lived check to check (she was a resigned school transport driver, very little retirement pay). She had a home loan, Visa charge and doctor's visit expenses. My sister appears to accept we don't have to document her passing in probate, I've been told different because,mainly of the home loan. My sister and I are the main two kin and don't appreciate both perspectives. Any legitimate counsel is gladly received.
