My little girl who is very nearly 2 has been perniciously kept from my by her mom with no genuine avocation

Need some assistance with a family court matter. My little girl who is very nearly 2 has been perniciously kept from my by her mom with no genuine avocation. She took a stab at getting a controlling request and it was denied in light of the fact that she conceded in court to offending me and furthermore got together with me after she documented and for a crisis limiting request. I have documentation of me actually being threatened and still not having the option to see my girl with out any explanation. I might want to know whether these are justification for parental seizing and will her being pernicious and nonsensical assist me with having the option to have guardianship where it's joint yet she's resides with me
