Morning Please help . My sibling is an understudy he got back to his convenience on last day of January and the land master needs him to pay for January and Feb. My sibling went to class to attempt to enlist he returned to a locked room with every one of his things inside . Property manager said he won't give him his stuff until he pays. He wouldn't open in any event, for the police. If it's not too much trouble, assist how with handling this matter ( their agreement finished in December)
