I have a 22 yr old child living with me and my significant other. He was told to pay lease of $250.00 per month. $125 was do start of the month the rest payed at end of month. Possibly get not even half when he pays. He do nothing else to assist around the house. Indeed he takes care of business. How would it be advisable for me I respond. Dont have the means to prosecute it. Any guidance would help. Much obliged to you.
