My little girl goes to a preschool. Last year I began a new position and inquired as to whether she could do after school childcare there also as would I be able to bring my child? Intially I was told indeed, there's space for both, however we really want to apply for government childcare help. I said I don't think I'll qualify however I get it doesn't damage to apply. We didn't qualify. They unexpectedly didn't have space for my child and simply consented to my girl since she's was at that point going to preschool there. I self compensation for my girl and my child goes to a childcare not too far off. Quick forward a year. My children childcare allowed us fourteen days notice they are shutting and said the other childcare (that my little girl is at and is the main other childcare around) will probably take the children as a whole. I called them Monday morning. Yet again was told to apply for government childcare help and I told them no on the grounds that I didn't qualify last year and I get more cash-flow now. I have no issue self paying for another kid.
They let me know they don't have space for him.
Wednesday, I conversed with another parent and that morning that other childcare acknowledged each of the 3 of her children that are as old as my child. She gets government help childcare.
My little girls childcare is declining to take my child since we don't get government help. Is this lawful? I have never taken care of my little girls bill late. We get it on Friday and I pay it on Monday consistently and have never had an issue. Indeed I will be searching for one more childcare meanwhile yet there's currently just 1 in my town.
