Is my boss permitted to fire me for announcing badgering?

I'm in Florida. Is my boss permitted to fire me for announcing badgering? For been griping about work place badgering for some time now and the executives didn't do a thing about it and it reached a place where the young lady irritating me discovered I've been grumbling so she and her companions composed explanations behaving like I'm annoying her back, so rather than aiding me they strolled us both unemployed, suspended us and set us both on last reviews. Recently I needed to disclose to an associate I was unable to break them early in light of the fact that I am on a last and don't have any desire to cause problems, and they inquired as to why I am on a last I told them bc I got into a fight. I have many observers to how she pesters me at work, and they're attempting to end me over it. Is that legitimate?
