I'm looking for lawful exhortation... I'm working at this organization 7years and extremely durable for 2years.i inquired as to whether I could take yearly leave. I was declined. Their thinking... I get compensated fortnight and they deduct shift cash from us for leave and that leave we get toward the finish of every year. Just individuals who get compensated month to month get yearly leave.
