My mother died 12/12/20 suddenly and has been away for 1 year. While I was at my absolute bottom I told a portion of my "companions" that they could remain at my mothers house since I wasn't intellectually prepared to manage it. My "companions" have begun taking medications and taking my things that I left at my mothers house and attempting to break into the property behind my mothers to get my grandmothers stuff so they can sell it. they've destroyed EVERYTHING there and did a crappy ass redesign to everything and it resembles outright rubbish now.. Would I be able to get them for property harm in the event that it's not in my name? they carry on like they're qualified for live there free of charge. They don't pay lease and theyre saying they will attempt to battle me in court for the deed to my mothers house since it's not in my name and they're likewise saying I can't make them leave. Would I be able to begin charging them lease despite the fact that the house isn't in my name? Or then again would I be able to make them leave? It has a place with every one of the 3 of her children yet we haven't gotten anything lawful yet. I really want assistance or I'll lose my youth home and my mothers house 😭

Much obliged ahead of time.
