We own 50/50 value which there is about £88,000 to part leaving £44,000 each. She continues saying she isn't selling the house and she's qualified for it until out most youthful is 18, he is as of now 8. My inquiry is, is keeping the family home until kids are 18 still a thing these days? I heard it's an old regulation to help ladies? She claims her own Salon, works all day so gets a full time wage, the house is a 4 room when it's just her and our 2 children, and she will get £44,000 after the deal?
