I was recruited by a home medical organization. During my meeting I let them know that I had been erroneously captured in 2019 and that the case would have been excused April 13, 2022. (The deferral of the excusal took such a long time is a result of Covid).
They took my fingerprints in November and I went through preparing and I was appointed clients.
They permitted me to go into my .clients homes obviously without having my full personal investigation done.
On January 25, 2022 I was in a real sense on out the entryway going to a clients house and my director called me and let me know that I would have to give up my clients quickly and that I was fundamentally suspended until additional notification since something returned on my fingerprints "undetermined".
My inquiry is; Do I have a case for unjust end?
I was permitted to begin working with clients in their homes subsequent to going through preparing. My fingerprints were taken in November yet they're suspending me now in January on the grounds that my fingerprints returned "unsure".
Odds are I will turn out to be ended on the grounds that this won't be cleared up inside the 30 days they have designated in light of the fact that the case isn't planned to be dropped and excused until April
