I moved 40 minutes away after it was concluded and my ex followed me and moved in to something similar (new) neighborhood 2 months after the fact.
We presently live in a school region that is named a faltering locale.

No private parent is assigned in our present understanding.

I need to move back to my old neighborhood on the grounds that my family lives there and the educational system is in the main 20 in the state.

I petitioned for full authority for my 2 kids Nov 21 and I'm anticipating a trial for pre preliminary. My ex is harmful and appears at my home startlingly during the entire hours of the day/night. He entered my home in Oct. 21 without my consent when I was not home.

Could it look downright horrendous assuming that I sell my home and move back to my old neighborhood in my guardianship case?
