I returned a $600ish thing to Amazon and they are expressing that they got a vacant box without the part inside. I gave drop off receipt where shows it's weight-it is anyway a little part and just weighs 2.8 oz. Whenever it was transported to me it weighed 0.6lbs and when I dropped it off it was 0.56lbs (contrast due to overlooking the bundling air packs)

I reached each email address I could find at Amazon until I at last got somebody to investigate it for me. The following day I get an email that they actually won't give a discount until I return the time, which I did! I have reached BBB, FTC, is there something else I right?
