My canine fled New Year's Eve. I found him through a post on Facebook about seven days after the fact. I reached the lady that had him and we talked. I didn't have a ride to go get him and told her that. She said that it was anything but an issue and she would deal with him till I could get a ride. After two days I had a ride yet she said she wouldn't be home. Two days after that I told her I had a ride. She let me know she was away for seven days. Alright so the day she should be home I text and called her and she wouldn't react. She took the post off Facebook and impeded me. I posted a few post of attempting to get my canine back offering $300. Alright so a couple of days prior I observed her location and my ex went around there to get the canine. She went off the deep end cussing him out. The police came and he was unable to get the canine since she went through a reception organization and got impermanent guardianship of my canine. So we went to creature control to get confirmation of proprietorship. They said they couldn't do that and sent us to the reception organization. We go there and they sat idle. Presently I had desk work from my vet, instant messages from her and photos of my canine from when he was a little dog. They alluded me to an attorney that addresses them. I reached out to her and sent her all the data. The last I heard from her was that some sort of sheets needed to survey the data and settle on a choice. What I don't comprehend is that how is it that this could is lawful. She realized he was my canine before she took him to the sanctuary and afterward the reception organization. She clearly lied when she let me know she was away so she could do all of this. The police can sit idle. I even attempted to squeeze charges on her for taking my canine and they didn't. Is there anything I right? Is this legitimate? The legal advisor is saying that they are thinking about him deserted in light of the fact that I didn't go get him when he was at the haven. I did not know he was there since she persuade me to think she had him the entire time. She is making allegations of misuse when that is false. He is sound.
