I live in New Jersey in the house I experienced childhood in for a considerable length of time. I lived with my mom until my sister, who has POA removed her from me on September 27. Presently, she is attempting to toss me out of the house to sell it. My mom has moderate dementia, and my sister won't permit me to let my mom know what's happening. Regardless of whether I, my sister would streamline it and make my mom OK with it. Being I am not an inhabitant, what freedoms do I have if any? I would rather not let them get the house, and I don't plan to leave, yet I don't have the foggiest idea what's in store. My cutoff time to move is April 1. I comprehend this would be an Ejection; not and Eviction since there is no lease/rent included. My mom and I shared costs constantly I lived here, and when she was analyzed, I took over more costs.
