Question is:
Assuming a head of a Private restricted Company in Pakistan marked himself as a Personal underwriter of a credit organization took, and he surrendered himself from the organization on schedule of the advance, is he obligated to pay his portion of the advance or is the organization is responsible to take care of all advances.
If it's not too much trouble, remember that the chief has surrendered and moved his portions to the new proprietors/overseers of the organization!
Notwithstanding, the new organization proprietors are not eliminating his name from the organization even after his acquiescence.
