I have an exceptional issue that I want some guidance on.
My youngster is in Grade 9 it has become obvious that the school doe not have an EMIS nr which implies they are not enlisted with the division of training. Recently we got a letter asserting they were currently enrolling yet COVID occurred. Yet, that they would get the enlistment number inside 90 days. They presented the enrollment in 2019 now they couldn't enlist the matrics of this current year and they must be moved to different schools. One kid can't enlist for matric as he doesn't have a legitimate grade 11 as indicated by Impact and different schools.
The school guarantees that they could open the secondary school as they presented the enlistment records. We were educated on the guardians meeting 2 years prior and it is additionally on the board outside that they are division enrolled which obviously isn't true, they are currently enlisting.
Would anybody be able to offer me guidance on assuming that this is lawful and what I should do?
What steps could should be taken? I'm frightened presently in light of the fact that I don't have the foggiest idea how to tell my child he could need to do grade 8 over
