I have a break insurance request against my ex. We are anticipating our hearing date in April 2022.
The between time security request was allowed on 02 February 2022 and he reached me through text on 03 February ( the day after the request was conceded ). He had not been filled in at this point with the insurance request when he reached me on 03 Feb.
Does this mean he broke the court request by reaching me when it was set up, in spite of not having been filled in at this point? (We don't have youngsters and had been over and again asked not to reach me)
