Are there any facilities for the composed test for the DMV? I have a companion who's an excellent driver however for the existence of them can not finish the composed assessment because of a handicap which influences their capacity to prevail with composed data. The incapacity doesn't influence their driving. Like if they would do the test verbally or have less composed words associated with some way? They are in Virginia.
