I bought an over the ground at Walmart back in 2018 and got a 4-year inclusion plan with it. The pool would be set up in May/June and brought down and take care of in Aug/Sept having it been utilized for somewhat less than 2 years. Last year while bringing it down I saw that 3 of the legs were totally rusted out. I recollected that I had the inclusion for itself and connected with the case division. In the wake of letting them know what happened they put in the case for the pool. A little while later I followed up to see an update and they said they would convey 1 leg, I referenced that it was 3 legs that were broken and that the entire edge was rusting from the back to front.
Pushing ahead after a couple of additional irritating calls to them they said it would have been dealt with, I saw some buy on my application and called to check whether it was a substitution? Then, at that point, then, at that point, told me not to stress over it and they returned my case. Then, at that point, then, at that point, got back to me 2 days after the fact expressing that rust was not covered under the agreements. I read over the agreements that have all my data and buy data with noticing expressing about rust. Yet again I got back to and referenced it to them and they said that rust isn't covered. I inquired as to whether they could send me the T&C's and just to layout this as perhaps I was missing something. Then, at that point, than answered with this email:

Pools bought before 11/15/12 for Walmart Stores and .com (penetrates, tears/tears, ground materials, pool covers, consumable channels utilized in a pool filtration framework, outline rust, pool extras [including yet not restricted to - pool stepping stools, upkeep packs (skimmer, brushes, and so forth), extra embellishments (volleyball net)].
I got back to them and again requested the pdf record of the T&C's underlining where that was composed as it isn't on my T&C's made out to me. It seems like there stonewalling me and attempting to say I'm not covered yet don't have it recorded as a hard copy on my T&C's is there something I may be missing or am I right in saying that I ought to be covered in the event that it's not expressed in any case on the agreement made out to me?
