Hey all I'm from NH and I got an inquiry regarding my property manager . I was 2 months behind
last year and paid everything off except $60 with installments seeing me and my flat mate are both crippled. He guarantees he got one month then he told me strangely he didn't get the other half for a year yet never told me. He pulled me to the side one day strolling by him taking care of business on a patio and educated me regarding the other half not being paid for a year. I requested a receipt of all installments there all there not by and large however much he needed yet it's paid and like I said $60 is left. He lets me know well seeing you owe me 800 now I need 1000 and he left me an installment contract that I never marked and he marked and never authorized. So my concern is I don't owe him 1000 and each time he sees me he resembles your fortunate I'm a great fellow and Coronavirus is continuing basically attempting to make me pay something I don't owe I'm curved up and don't have the foggiest idea what I ought to do .
