Whenever my dad in-regulation passed on 5yrs prior, his better half acquired authoritative power letter to discard the spouse's bequest, essentially his property as that is all he moved by. Issue is she never executed the request and presently she also has passed on leaving two adult annuity profit children residing in the house. What should the 2 children, along with different kin, do now, (the house is as yet on their late dad's name)?
