Hello everybody! For a little while back I posted with regards to my only care and needing to move with my child. I as of late talked with a lawyer who let me know that the least complex and speediest way was to get my ex to sign a limitation and request consenting to the move and new appearance and so forth He needs to charge me $750 for him to type it up.
I realize it's prescribed all of the time to have a lawyer do this, yet is it fundamental? $750 feels like a ton for him to fundamentally record what we consent to. Idk I've never done this. I really did our separation order without a legal counselor and that appeared to end up fine…

I surmise I simply need to know is this something I can review myself or is there a valid justification to get a legal counselor included?
