Great day is there any legal counselor that can assist me with this please.... I have a 24 yrs old impaired little girl and was getting kid upkeep from his father.... I as a rule get it on the fifth of every months from the bank .... presently last months (January) I got nothing even on this months (February) nothing .... I think he is on benefits coz he is 61 yrs old presently was filling in as a Police Officer for quite a long time .... the main that I need to know is there anything my youngster can get when his dad get his annuity cash?? simply need to know.... much thanks to you
