My inhabitants moved in first of October 2021, I gave them R0.00 record of power and water bill,we consented to rent arrangement. Until date my occupants( husband,wife,her father,mother and they have 2 children and little dog). They never covered the power bill, they generally have stories with regards to lease. January they never paid lease, February they never paid lease, its expected before seventh of Every month according to arrangement. So presently on the grounds that the power is charged, the body collaborate sent last interest notice prior to giving up my record.
