Assuming the guardians share care yet the kid has basically lived with mother for yrs, would the dad be able to watchfully remove the kid from state and move schools even though the mother told him on different events that she is against the out of state move. Likewise since this has happened the mother can't reach out to the dad or their kid and has no location for the dad or the school the kid was moved to
