I recorded an appeal for a defensive request which was endorsed by the appointed authority. At the consultation the appointed authority controlled no appearance for the respondent and requested a liquor/drug test for him. The respondent's lawyer protested on the grounds that I hadn't connected past case reports in my documenting. So presently I need to document an altered request and have it re-served to respondent this week on Wednesday. I'm writing so assuming somebody could assist me with sorting out some way to do this I'd see the value in it. Furthermore, could I have to finish up everything once more, including getting a legal official for the affirmation?
