Alright here goes. I was my dads legal authority. On Dec 10 I got two cash orders for his expenses. I

 sent them out. I discover today that they never gotten the cash orders. So I have the receipts for the cash orders. I went to bank to stop installment I can't cause I'm not agent which is my sibling. He is doing all that wrong removed every one of my dads cash from his ledger. So I can fail to address non installment of his home expenses.
