Good Evening Everyone

After being employed by a company from June 14 Last year I resigned with immediate effect on 19 January 2022. I noted by 27 Jan my salary has not been paid and asked them why not and if it's not going to be paid to give me a reason so that I know but I was ignored on more than one time asking them. I asked after the 27Th and I was left with no other option to send a demanding letter from myself asking the salary and overtime or once again just an explanation letter and this they did not like at all.

Tonight around 6pm two detectives arrived at my premises and informed me that the company is now making alligations that I have taken R60 000 of tools in the work vehicle that is their property! Since I started until the end there was not even near that much of items and tools in the vehicle and I have pictures showing that most items the listed i have not even seen before and a list of tools dated 13 Jil 2020 of tools issued to me was shown to me however I never saw  before as well during my employment at them.

I must be at the detective office 07H30 tomorrow morning as they asked me and would just like to know my rights on employer alligations towards me?

(Note there was some small items at my residence which I tried to arrange for collection as they said the will do out of my own before this alligations they now claim)

Never in the whole time I was employed at the company have I been asked or told about anything missing and this is a shock as I found out for the first time tonight of this)

Thanks in advance
