what i can do ? When I filed taxes last year, I filed for two different states

When I filed taxes last year, I filed for two different states. Because I got a tax break (literally $40), it stopped giving me the option to file an e-file and said I had to mail a check. It was $300, I didn't have $300 at the time and by the time I finally got my refund (like months later) I had totally forgotten 😦 and now it's time to resubmit and I just remembered and now I'm wondering what i can do ? I'm a bit scared and afraid of it.
