We paid this organization 180 dollars and we need drop and get our cash back

We paid this organization 180 dollars and we need drop and get our cash back . The person continued avoiding saying it was a live agreement . Then, at that point, he let me know he would have a director call me , obviously the administrator never called .
Do we have any plan of action ?session
