Was in a car accident, was other persons fault. He only has 25000 in coverage, my medical bills are already over that and nothing has been done about my injury. Was told that if I want it fixed I would have to pay for it out of the 25000 settlement. if 4 visits, an x-ray and an mri cost over 25000, then surgery will probably be more. so after the attorney's fee I don't see having enough for surgery, let alone anything for pain and suffering. So my question is, is this the way it works?
