The mother of my financial child refused to allow her to see or speak to her child on the phone

The mother of my financial child refused to allow her to see or speak to her child on the phone. Although a court order has already been established. After months of unsuccessful attempts to reach her child because, according to the mother, the child does not want anything to do with him and she will not force him to visit or speak to her. Kid blocked it from kid's phone. It is now more than a year since he had contact with the child. We filed an RFO in California, L.A. County, Mom filed hers 7 days later. We responded to her RFO and submitted supporting documents as proof of all the lies she detailed in her RFO. He went to court and the judge ordered counsel to be appointed for the child and the case to proceed. We decided to hire a lawyer because we thought it would be better. We went back to court and this judge still did nothing and pretty much sided with the mother. We also believe the attorney didn't fight hard enough. What advice can someone please give us? We have presented written evidence proving the mother is lying. How do we get the judge to look at this evidence because she refused to see it? Even though my fiancé tried to report it, the judge kept shutting it down. The lawyer didn't really speak for him either. Maybe we should find another lawyer.
