..I'm attempting to get my cash from Hsbc bank

I live in comal district ..I'm attempting to get my cash from Hsbc bank .they impeded the record .advised me to go to branch in new York to show my ID .or they'd close record and mail check .
It's currently been three months and they have sat idle ..is there any method for making them pick up the pace
