I leased my extravagance vehicle through an Exotic Car Rental Company's member program.

I expecting to get some assistance here. I leased my extravagance vehicle through an Exotic Car Rental Company's member program. My vehicle got taken while being leased through the program. I documented a case with my protection and the organization recorded a case with the customer who leased the vehicles protection. Obviously my protection (Progressive) won't cover it because of it falling under one of their prohibitions. Anyway does the vehicle rental organization have any responsibility because of it being taken while in their consideration? Or then again is it on the individual who had the vehicle while it was taken? Or on the other hand is nobody actually responsible? Any knowledge would be greatly valued!
