I have a question my husband's child's mother will not stop suing us for this reason or another it is constant it's about every two years. The last time we just kind of agreed to her terms they were ridiculous but this time we did not. I know there is nothing that he can do about the court order we are having to go through now. But in the future is there a way to stop her from continuously doing this? We have done nothing wrong my husband and her had a disagreement on a sport is all live in the state of Alabama. If they have a disagreement or she feels she can't control what goes on at his house she just sues him again. She has primary custody.
