California Labor Law Question. I had Covid and had to take a break from work. My boss asks me to have a negative Covid test, but the CDC says this isn't necessary because you can test positive for up to six weeks and all that is is a dead virus in you. The CDC says you can go back to work after five days. I have been out of work for more than a week. What to do?
