I endeavored to record my duties yesterday and they were dismissed saying that somebody had effectively guaranteed one of my wards. A couple of years back my children father took one of my children government managed retirement cards so i'm expecting that it's him in light of the fact that no other person has any of my children socials or other data. my children father doesn't help. He won't help monetarily or in any case. I needed to complete pointless tasks to begin getting youngster support this year since he could never make an appearance to court, and just got installments from june to november then they halted. my inquiry are my choices for getting the government form for my child and keeping my children father from asserting them later on? My child doesn't live with him nor does he contribute half or really near half to our children's costs.
