I bit into a bone on a "boneless" Butterball turkey breast.

So I have a question for which I need legal help. I bit into a bone on a "boneless" Butterball turkey breast. One of my crowns fell off as a result. Butterball will pay the recent crown cost of $145 only if I sign a release form. I'm afraid I'll need a root canal and a new crown or implant as a result. I have a claim number and risk management and consumption are involved. I sent the bone back at their request via UPS prepaid overnight. They seem eager to get me to sign this release form. My question is… do I have a legal claim here? It seems difficult to get a lawyer to represent me on this matter. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
  Thank you very much!!

You can certainly sue them but it’s going to cost a lot unless you can find an attorney to take it on a split basis if you win. It could take years before you might get a settlement if any at all.
